Chief Prosecutor Bensouda warns against ‘interference’ in cases- As ICC issues arrest warrant against Kenyan journalist - Daily Observer

Gambian-born chief prosecutor of the Hague-based International Criminal Court (ICC), Fatou Bensouda, has warned against interference or obstructing the course of justice.

Bensouda’s warming came as the ICC issued an arrest warrant against a Kenyan journalist for "corruptly influencing or attempting to corruptly influence ICC witnesses, according to the Daily Nation.
 
"The issuance of an arrest warrant in this case should be a warning to others who may be involved in obstructing the course of justice through intimidating, harassing, bribing or attempting to bribe ICC witnesses,’ she warned...
